The company was founded in 1995 by David Sosenko, a PMI certified Project Manager Professional. The company was incorporated in 1997 and is now associated with several outstanding management and technical professionals. Over the past 13 years Expert Data Systems has been focusing on Internet technologies and has developed custom e-commerce solutions, ranging from a complex on-line cabinet store, to an innovative fund raising system that is now patent pending.

About David Sosenko
David's 24 years of IT experience began with software development on IBM mainframes for large corporations (Barclays Bank, GA Insurance, Citi Bank, JP Morgan). Over the years, David's experience and expertise grew into systems design, project management and as of the last 15 years, internet technologies and e-commerce. Past clients include City of Philadelphia, Sovereign Bank, Vanguard Group, GSI Commerce and WSFS Bank.
